C5 Fitness offers workouts and training for all fitness levels to help individuals progress toward a healthier and more active lifestyle. Classes are offered in the mornings. Pick a time that works for you! 

  • All sessions are appointment based and closed to the public once filled for the month.

  • Each month runs $100 with the potential for 24 sessions. No contract required.

  • Choose a regular session 

    • 4:30 am, 5:15 am, 6:00 am or 8:30 am Monday -Friday

    •  6:30 am or 8:00 am Saturday

  • Workouts run 40 minutes and include the 5 ELEMENTS OF FITNESS

    • MUSCULAR STRENGTH​

    • MUSCULAR ENDURANCE

    • CARDIO

    • NUTRITION

    • FLEXIBILITY

Corissa Howard, a physical trainer of 19 years, not only brings experience but also a heart of compassion and ministry for those in need of spiritual, physical, and nutritional support. Coach Corissa received her 3rd Degree Black belt from Twin Tigers Academy and renewed her passion for fitness from Fit 4 Adventures. She has demonstrated fortitude by homeschooling her two children through 12th grade. She holds an Associate of Science Degree from Young Harris College and a personal training certification from Expert Rating Global. Her company C5 Fitness, LLC, has a mission to provide community support and help people progress to a healthier version of themselves.
